An annual Open Enrollment Period (OEP) is available for individuals and families to enroll in a private health insurance plan, make changes, or renew an existing plan. Please contact us for specific dates for this year.
special enRollment period (SEP)
A Special Enrollment Period (SEP) is created when there is a Qualifying Life Event. Generally this occurs when there is a loss of health coverage, a change in residence, a change in eligibility or other special circumstances.
year-round enRollment
A Year-Round Enrollment opportunity exists for people who qualify for Medical Assistance or Minnesota Care, or are American Indians who belong to a federally recognized tribe.
